Items will be shipped as soon as possible after payment is received. All packages are shipped First Class USPS with tracking.

Will sold out items be restocked?
Most of my work is One-Of-A-Kind or small batch produced meaning limited quantities available as I move on to creating new designs. With each hammer mark or twist of a wire being done one by one and all by hand no two can ever be exactly duplicated however you will notice some similar designs popping up again from time to time. If you would like to stay in the know and get notified when I restock my online shop, please sign up for the newsletter. If you have an inquiry about a specific design please inquire through the contact form at the top of this page.
Jewelry Care
With time your silver will darken. This is part of Sterling’s natural oxidation process. If you wish to polish your jewelry it is recommended to use a soft polishing cloth. Silver polish and cleaning solutions are not recommended.
Daily exposure to water due to swimming, bathing, etc can have a damaging affect to natural stones. It is recommended to remove jewelry before doing so.
Take care of your jewelry and you’ll be able to pass it down for generations to come! Tossing in your purse or leaving on the bottom of the vehicle cup holders are not recommended and I can not be responsible for damage done. Eeeeek!
Returns
Your satisfaction is my priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase I offer a full refund for items returned within 10 days. All returns must be unworn, unaltered and in the original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. I highly recommend shipping the return product insured for the full purchase price and with tracking services to ensure you are fully covered should a postal loss occur.
With the return please include your name, address, email and phone number. Once your return is received please allow up to two weeks for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
